I’m Oftec trained and Registered.

  • BURNER:
    New nozzle
    Examine fan blade and lubricate
    Inspect fuel line. Check date stamp and replace if needed (additional £20 to replace) Check burner controls and fail safe
    Carry out smoke test
    Carry out combustion analysis and print out results

    COMBUSTION CHAMBER:
    Examine for flame impingement
    Clean surfaces
    Repair or replace factory lining if needed

  • FUEL SUPPLY:
    Check fuel supply system
    Clean filter bowl and change element
    Test and reset acting fire valve

    AIR SUPPLY:
    Check combustion air supply
    Check ventilation supply

  • FUEL STORAGE:
    Check tank support and condition
    Check tank for water contamination
    Check tank venting system
    Check gauge

    FLUE/CHIMNEY:
    Inspect flue / chimney and advise if further cleaning needed
    Check stabiliser operation
    Check flue route is safe
    Check for correct termination
